I am trying to use deluge with my flexget set-up and everything runs as it should until it gets to the point of adding the torrents to deluge. Then I get this message
Connection lost to daemon at localhost:58846 reason: Connection was cleosed cleanly
That's how it's supposed to work. As far as I know the torrents are added and then the connection is cleanly closed. Are your torrents not being added? If not are you sure their not being excluded by other rules?
Torrents are not being added at all. I have deluge open and running in the background but nothing is ever added. Just in case you need to see - this is my config.yml
A look at your log would be more helpful. I can't see anything wrong with your config, although it doesn't help that with flexget there's like 20 different ways to accomplish the same thing so I could easily be missing something in your config because I do things very different in mine.
Attached are my logs. Sorry it's 3 files

I'm only guess here but try adding content_directory to your TV templates SET keys. I think that will create the folder if it doesn't already exist, which according to your logs, they don't.
I added that line - deleted my sqldb and re-ran thte process. Nothing is added to deluge, but I did notice in console that it shows "There was an error adding TorrentName to Deluge"
Try running it with "flexget --loglevel trace".
Lets see if that produces more information to go off of.
Below is a log from running the loglevel trace command
Well, all that did was show my naivety lol. I think you need to run the execute command after that. Hopefully someone who actually know's what they are talking about will come around soon.
"flexget --loglevel trace execute"
Multiple logs from that command!
No worries i appreciate the help!
Problem your having is that you can't use main_file_only from magnets. Adding magnetization_timeout to deluge for this config.
I see no problems in the logs (other than you trying to rename without magnetization_timeout): Gotham 4x19 A Dark Knight: To Our Deaths and Beyond 720p successfully added to deluge.
Gotham 4x19 A Dark Knight: To Our Deaths and Beyond 720p successfully added to deluge.
You're connecting to the wrong deluge instance.
@cvium -> what would I need to change to connect to the proper Deluge instance? I only have one instance of Deluge installed...
@crawln -> I added n the magnetization_timeout: 30 to my config.yml and same issue of no torrents are actually added to deluge.
I have searched (unsuccesfully I might add) -> is there not an all in one script that someone has put together to install flexget with Deluge for Ubuntu 17.10?
This is only an idea, it may or may not work but take your deluge statement out of the template and put it at the end of each task. It occurred to me that this is how I do it and it just works.
if I add my deluge statement to the end of each task when I run flexget check it fails validation.
Move deluge stuff back one tab. It should be one tab in from "tasks"
So your only deluge instance is in the same VM as your Flexget installation?
@Germanicus -> if i am understanding you, under my Tasks header, I should have the below sub-headers, is that correcet?
